Soothe Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Soothe Psychology is owned and operated by clinical psychologists and husband-wife team, Satveer and Priyanka. At Soothe Psychology, we offer psychological treatment and assessment services, and clinical supervision for psychologists undertaking their clinical psychology registrar program.

At Soothe Psychology, our philosophy is to encourage and support our clients to discover thinking and behavioural patterns which may be affecting quality of life. Our goal is to help individuals not only overcome mental blocks which keep them stuck, but to live a life more in line with their values.

We understand that there is no one size fits all for therapy. We believe that therapy outcomes highly depend on the right fit in regard to psychologist and treatment approach. As such, we offer a range of psychologists who specialise in variety of psychological treatments and age groups.

Our team

We're about the patient, from the start to the end of our journey together.

Between stimulus and response, there is space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and happiness.

"

In order to get past something terrible, sometimes you have to walk through the pain, not around it. It might be messy. It might make you sob. But if you let yourself cry long enough, you finally reach the bottom of your tears.
